You can send email directly from Search Party. If a person has submitted an email address, a link will appear on the details pane Displays all the information available for a person in the directory. Located on the bottom of the screen.. Clicking this link will automatically open the program you use to send and receive email.
The following step assumes you are looking at a list of names in the directory pane Displays a list of individuals profiled in the directory. It is located on the top half of the screen.. If you are not viewing a list of names, please see the To view a list of names section before proceeding.
Click a person's name in the list of names. Their contact information appears on the bottom section of the screen known as the details pane.
Click the email link. The application you typically use to write emails will open with the person's email address automatically entered.
